Experience the benefits of physical activity followed by relaxation. Participants will follow their own progress by measuring their heart rate during a cardio-vascular workout of drumming. The ability for heart rate to lower after physical activity is a measure of person's fitness level. After drumming we will go into Gong Meditation to train our mind and body to relax quicker and improve our wellbeing.

Learn ways to create rhythms on drums and synchronise new ideas whilst having fun and exercise body and mind to create more energy for life. Measuring heart rates (beats per minute) before, during and after this activity will help track fitness improvements. Throughout this mindful activity there will be opportunities to capture creative ideas to follow up on for further development.
