Please make sure to bring with you a yoga mat or similar, blanket, cushion, bottle of water and optionally an eye pillow.
To enhance the experience of gong meditation, we will be also working the energies of Chocolate made from raw Cacao. Before the meditation we will be indulging ourselves in a pure, raw chocolate which opens our hearts.
Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other percussion instruments.
All you need to do is lie down and let the sound waves wash over you.
