Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other percussion instruments.
To enhance the experience of gong vibrations and meditation, we will be also working the energies of Chocolate made from raw Cacao. Before the meditation we will be indulging ourselves in a pure, raw chocolate which opens our hearts.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and anything you need to make yourself comfortable for a gong journey.
