Join us at Moon-a-pause Circle and spend time away from "doing" to "being" together as Women.
Moon-a-pause circle is Women's Circle specifically for perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal women to gather in a circle to celebrate this important part of our journey, to discuss changes and opportunities this part of life brings and to support each other through challenges. Moon-a-pause is the time in women's life journey when the regular moon cycle is starting to pause.
Moon-a-pause Circle is a safe place for Women going through changes to come together and take time for themselves. It’s a place where Women can come together with open eyes, heart and mind. To enter a space with a non-judgemental viewpoint and to be open to a change of perception. Moon-a-pause Circle is a space to connect and honour each other, to be really seen and heard without having the need to fix anything and to make room for our feelings, to support and inspire each other, be present with what is going on for us, to reconnect with our true self, to be nourished, to belong and to empower ourselves in today’s society.
We will start with creating a sacred, safe space to share our challenges, stories, emotions, wisdom, laughter and cry. During our sharing circle we will use a talking bowl. What is a talking bowl? We use a bowl in the sharing circle as it represents the cauldron of life and creativity that we each carry in our womb (physical or energetic womb) and only the Woman holding the bowl is allowed to talk without being interrupted.
The sharing circle will be followed by creative crafts (painting, dancing, clay modelling, writing, etc.) and ritual for release and healing.
At the end we will close our sacred space and ground ourselves to return to our everyday life.

* Moon-a-pause Circle is for every Woman in the moon cycle pausing part of her life, if this exchange is too high for you, please let me know and we can arrange a different energy exchange (i.e. coming early to help me set up or staying late to help me clear up, etc.).
