New Moon Gong Meditation

We will be working with the energies of the New Moon. Before the meditation there will be a short introduction on what the particular New Moon is bringing us and each one of us will have time to feel into the intentions for the upcoming Moon cycle.
To enhance the experience of gong vibrations and meditation, we will be also working the energies of Chocolate made from raw Cacao. Before the meditation we will be indulging ourselves in a pure, raw chocolate which opens our hearts.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and anything you need to make yourself comfortable for a gong journey.
