Services (events, workshops, treatments, retreats, audio downloads)
By making a payment for services, treatments, tickets or audio downloads to Monika Kralj of Rainbow Vibrations, you are agreeing to Monika's term and conditions.
Please read carefully:
A place in a group session / event is only secured on the acceptance of a completed non-refundable and non-transferrable payment.
If I have to cancel the event, you will be offered a full refund.

A place at a retreat / workshop is only secured on the acceptance of a completed non-refundable and non-transferrable payment.

One-to-one treatment is only secured on the acceptance of a completed non-refundable payment. 48 hours’ notice of postponement is required for all one-to-one treatments. Notice of less than 48 hours will incur full payment of the treatment fee.

If participant is unwell and cannot attend the group session / event / treatment, I can offer two options with regards to the booking:
- If I or participant can fill the space, then the booking can be transferred to a future event / treatment date
- If I or participant cannot fill the space, then participant will be put on a waiting list for future events and if there are any cancellations or if on the day the event still has spaces available, I can then offer the participant to attend the event / treatment.
All downloads of any nature purchased from this website (www.rainbowvibrations.com) will not be refunded once they have been sent to the buyer's designated email address.
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and must inform Monika directly prior to the treatment / group session / event of any matters affecting their health.
All personal information about participant is confidential.
Monika as the organiser and the venue are not, and will be not held liable for any assumed damage that is deemed to occur at any time.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
