We will be working with the energies of the The Wheel of the Year, this time with the energies of Autumn Equinox, honouring the change of season, balance and the second harvest.
Please bring with you a yoga mat and a couple of blankets (or a sleeping bag), a cushion and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and anything you need to make yourself comfortable and warm for the gong journey.
